Meeting with the Italian Ambassador, Eduardo Pucci, in Guatemala, folllowing the IILA-AVIS-FIODS mission concerning the project “IMPROVEMENT OF BLOOD TRANSFUSION SAFETY AND QUALITY IN BOLIVIA, EL SALVADOR AND GUATEMALA”. The ambassador gave us maximum support and help to the success of the mission.
On December 2nd the Asociacion Guatemalteca de Donantes Altruista de Sangre AGUDAS Organization has been estabilished at the Board of Health in Guatemala. Together with the representative of the Board Dr. Marylyn de Sosa, also Alberto Rivas Molinas, Bernardino Sparviero and numerous groups of volunteer blood donors attended the ceremony.
